Conditions of returning the Product
- The minimum value of one product purchased online should be at least 30 GEL;
- The product purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, based on the presentation of the receipt;
- Exchange/return of the product is possible if the product has retained its salable appearance;
- Purchased product can be exchanged only once;
- The product must be presented in its original packaging;
- The product can be exchanged for any other model existed on the web-page;
- The cost of product will be reimbursed in no more than 5 working days.

When you register on our web-page, we get entitled to contact you by the ways of electronic communication and provide you with information tailored to the situation.
The web-page allows you to post comments, which must fit within the norms of ethics and do not violate the rights of third parties. The Company reserves the right to publicly review or remove the comment if necessary.

We bare the full responsibility to fulfill our commitment to the customer on timely processing and delivery of the order.
The customer is entitled to:
- Request the receipt of the purchased item within the specified period.
- Not to accept defective product and request to exchange it for product of the same or higher value;
- To use the accumulation card;
- To cash out the gift card of the company “Chita” in any store of the company.
The company does not bare any kind of responsibility for any unauthorized use of the username and password of the customer by any third person.
If any third person unauthorized by you accesses our website and uses the service, you have to notify the company to take appropriate measures.
The customer is obliged to provide accurate information so that his/her order reaches the correct addressee.
The password is available only to you to log in. We do not transfer it to any third party. Please note that registration is not required to place an order with us. After registration the password is encrypted and becomes inaccessible, including to us.
